Local Buy was established by the Local Government Association of Queensland to support the procurement needs of our member councils. Being owned by councils, our commitment is to invest in the advancement of procurement through the provision of sector-wide solutions that help to reduce the risk, time and costs associated with internal procurement processes, and provide a streamlined, compliant buyer and supplier experience at a sector-wide level.

Our Procurement Summits present a timely opportunity for delegates to hear insightful presentations from procurement and industry experts, and to network with peers from other councils within the region.
