This form is for registering delegates, observers, and any accompanying persons (if applicable). Each person attending must be registered individually, including accompanying persons.

Instructions:
If you are an Executive Assistant or registering on someone else’s behalf, you may include your email address to receive a copy of all communications.

  1. Enter the total number of attendees (including accompanying persons) in the Group Size dropdown.
  2. List the names of all attendees in the fields provided.

Choose one of the following options:

Option 1: You are attending and submitting group registrations

  1. Select the total number of attendees in the Group Size dropdown.
  2. Enter your name as the Group Contact.
  3. Enter the names of other attendees in the remaining fields.
  4. Click Next to complete your registration (contact, event, and accommodation details).
  5. Then proceed to complete registration details for each group member.

Option 2: You are not attending but registering on behalf of others

  1. Tick the box: "I am booking on behalf of and will not be attending."
  2. Enter your contact details.
  3. Select the number of attendees in the Group Size dropdown.
  4. Enter the names of all attendees you’re registering.
  5. Click Next to complete all registration steps for each attendee.

Since 2011, the Indigenous Leaders Forum has been a valuable way for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander councils to come together to share their successes, discuss specific challenges, and to put forward issues they would like the LGAQ’s support to address. The Forum is held twice-yearly.
